This is the first historical romance with BDSM that I've read, and I loved it!
One of my favorite scenes is the "wedding night" that Madame Rouge arranges for Louisa to and Geoffrey to solve her problem, but both Louisa and Geoffrey wish to remain anonymous. He wears a mask that completely covers his face and blurs his vision, while she is able to see him at first and explore. Roles are then reversed and Louisa in blindfolded while he removes his mask and proceeds to give her a night she will never forget.
The book is well written, the plot is entertaining and the sex scenes are erotic and at times tender. Can't wait to read the next book which I hope is about Geoffrey's sister Blythe.
